Palais Royal de Bruxelles lors du Festival ANTE, événement culturel majeur dans le cadre du Palais R.
UNKNOWN, 1912

With its original layout and décor exceptionally well preserved, this private residence, built in 1912 at the request of its patron, Bertha Harmand, is one of the rarest and finest examples of an eclectic Brussels mansion. Highlights include an entrance hall adorned with authentic trompe l’œil marblework, a sitting room and dining room featuring rich Louis XV and Louis XVI décor by the painter Gustave Losange-Salu, and a Flemish Neo-Renaissance study. This residence is also notable for the fact that the current owners have enhanced the original décor with antique furniture that blends perfectly with its style. Furthermore, various everyday features, such as the serving lift, have been preserved and restored with the utmost care.
